Meat

Japan is very well-known for the quality of its meat. While wagyu might be the first thing that comes to your mind, to us locals, our pork and chicken are just as good. Seafood

With Japan having four seasons, it makes it the perfect place to grow a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. However, we’re not gonna lie, because we are abundant in quality meat and seafood, there are not that many dishes that are solely prepared using vegetables. However, that does not mean that we do not have any and the ones we do have tend to be very good and high in nutritious value, perfect for those of you that are vegetarians!
